How do I find the recording of a phone call?


To look up a call recording, you will need at least two of the following pieces of information. 
  1. The caller's phone number
  2. The number the call came to Pronexis on
  3. The time the call happened
Once armed with this information, head to reports > call activity report.



Once you pull up the Call Activity Report, enter the approximate date range of when the call took place. If you know exactly when the call happened, you can set these parameters as narrow as needed. 

In the resulting report you can search for either the inbound or outbound phone number to find the call.
